Bogeys Bethany Pike Convenient is seeking a motivated and reliable Store Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily paperwork and sales reconciliations accurately and on time
• Manage and place weekly store orders to ensure proper inventory levels
• Build and maintain strong managerial relationships with staff
• Create and post weekly employee schedules
• Fill in for staff during call-offs or emergencies as needed
• Train, supervise, and support team members
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Monitor store performance and implement improvements where necessary

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or convenience store management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and handle unexpected situations calmly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays if required
• Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
