POSITION SUMMARY :

The Electro-Mechanical Technician is a multi-skilled individual responsible for proactively maintaining equipment in a distribution center. They are proficient in identifying, troubleshooting, and repairing both mechanical and electrical abnormalities on all distribution center equipment. The technician performs scheduled preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and increase equipment reliability. Additionally, they play a crucial role in building the technical skills and capabilities of operators.

SCHEDULE :

This position will require working on a 2 / 2 / 3, 12-hour night shift schedule. The night shift schedule is from 5pm - 5 : 30am (DC side). The schedule pattern is summarized below :

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU :

• $2,500 sign-on Bonus
• An hourly pay rate of $37.50-$39.50 - Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities.

• Will start on a Monday- Friday 8-hour orientation schedule for the first week and then transition to a 2-2-3, 12-hour rotating night shift schedule.
