Role Overview

The Salesforce Tech Lead will oversee and drive Salesforce implementation projects, delivering solutions across Sales and Service Clouds. This role combines hands-on development with leadership, leveraging expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations. The role involves collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure quality in Salesforce development, adhering to best practices.
• Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and architecture consistency.
• Optimize data models, processes, and integrations using Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP).
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and enhance performance.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and stakeholders.
• Collaborate on solution architecture and prioritize technical requirements with business analysts.
