We are seeking our next superstar Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with significant experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or internal / primary care.
The ideal candidate is confident delivering top-quality care, performing minor procedures for all age groups, and thrives in a dynamic, team-centered environment. Adaptability, critical thinking, multi-tasking, and strong time management skills are essential. Must be available to work extended hours and alternate weekends.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive, cohesive working relationships across the ExperCARE team.Maintain professional grooming, dress, and hygiene standards that reflect a polished image.Protect patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.Attend and actively participate in meetings, training sessions, and professional development.Maintain a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and high energy with patients and colleagues.Accurately document all patient encounters and data as required.Remain calm and effective under pressure.Medical Duties
Obtain complete medical histories and perform physical exams.Review and interpret patient records and data to determine diagnostic and therapeutic plans.Establish presumptive diagnoses and order appropriate laboratory and diagnostic procedures.Administer injections, immunizations, and medications; suture wounds; and prepare prescription orders.Provide patient education and treatment instructions.Recommend community resources to meet patient and family needs.Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain required certifications.Utilize established practice and hospital guidelines in collaboration with supervising physician(s).Address patient concerns promptly and thoroughly, demonstrating ownership and a problem-solving mindset.Perform other related duties as assigned.Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Certification as an APRN, NP, or PA (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)Proficiency with EMR systems and strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to interpret instructions and apply learned concepts in real-world scenariosCompetency in relevant medical calculationsAbility to perform effectively in high-stress or emergency situations and during irregular hoursWillingness to work in settings involving exposure to communicable diseases or bodily fluidsExceptional customer service and teamwork skillsStrong organizational and time management skills with attention to detailEffective problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesCompliance with HIPAA standardsProfessionalism balanced with creativity and adaptabilityDesire to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a results-driven team approachPhysical Demands
While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, and hear.
