Required Qualifications

inpatient case management experience. Preference for Nephrology experience in regards to Hemodialysis placement and / or Transplant experience

Active Registered Nurse License

Job Experience Required : Nephrology and case management experience preferred (Transplant, Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, Chronic Kidney Disease)
