Responsibilities
Degree from accredited college / university (preferred)
Strong organization and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer software
Prior experience in title agency closing / post-closing department(s) 1 year min, preferred
Qualifications
Fully coordinating the transactions with the title and escrow
Prepare and review preliminary CDs and closing and other invoices, revise as required
Provide general closing support and services to underwriting team as transactions are scheduled, including preparing closing packages, compiling escrow documents, coordinating title closers, requesting and obtaining title and tax continuation searches
Dispatch and coordinate post-closing document distributions as needed per transaction
Provide general file management, coordination, and organization
Provide general recording document assistance
Create, edit, finalize proformas and title policies
Create, memorialize, standardize department policies and procedures
Provide general support to other Company employees
The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 annually. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York. Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics. This range may be modified in the future.
