Road & Rail Services is hiring a Transfer Operator for our Tampa location. This is demanding, physical outdoor labor in Florida's heat and weather. The right candidate is steady, dependable, and ready to learn a new skill - not someone chasing the "next best thing." As a Transfer Operator, your workday will be spent outdoors transferring bulk materials between railcars and tank trucks. You'll use pumps, hoses, and valves to move product safely, sometimes wearing full protective equipment. You'll climb railcars, work at heights, and handle heavy equipment - all while following strict safety procedures that keep you, your team, and the environment safe. Every transfer you complete is part of keeping America's supply chain moving.
