Maintenance Spares And Inventory Planner

Key responsibilities include conducting routine equipment reviews, developing and maintaining spare parts lists, and optimizing inventory management. The role also involves managing asset-part relationship data, coordinating procurement activities, and overseeing spare parts crib operations. Additional duties include ensuring inventory accuracy, tracking component lifecycles and warranties, handling returns and replacements, and supporting networked inventory visibility. The position requires maintaining accurate CMMS records and assisting with maintenance planning and reliability. Continuous improvement initiatives are also part of the role, along with promoting a compliance culture. Basic qualifications include at least five years of experience in spare parts management or supply chain within a manufacturing industry. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in CMMS / SAP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and strong knowledge of supply chain management and manufacturing processes.
