SUMMARY
Mortenson is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support Mortenson Properties, Inc. (“MPI”). This role is responsible for leading the development and delivery of financial results, insights, and strategic recommendations to MPI’s leadership team. Core responsibilities include planning, budgeting, and forecasting, which serve as the foundation for providing high‑impact decision support. The Finance Business Partner will act as a key liaison between the MPI team, its parent company (M. A. Mortenson Companies), and the broader Finance organization. This individual will play a critical role in driving financial performance and enabling strategic growth across the MPI portfolio.

BASE PAY RANGE
The base pay range for this role is $116,300 - $174,500. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations : Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – +5%, Seattle, WA and Portland, OR – +10%, Washington, D.C. – +12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
