Position Summary

This position supports the terminal operations at the JV terminal PNAC, LLC, reporting to the Asphalt West Commercial Director. The position interfaces with terminal personnel and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

Gathers, reviews, and reconciles data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Identifies and resolves discrepancies or errors in data sets and performs regular data audits.

Maintains comprehensive records of data reconciliation processes and transaction documentation.

Processes transactions and data inputs according to established protocols, ensuring accuracy and legitimacy.

Conducts calculations, verifications, and data entry tasks with precision for timely completion.

Analyzes data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, making recommendations for enhancements.

Identifies relevant or missing data, suggesting solutions to improve accuracy and address gaps.

Interfaces with departmental personnel and external contacts to solve problems and coordinate information flow.

Generates regular and ad-hoc reports for management, compiling findings from data analysis and transaction history.

Provides administrative support to JV Terminal PNAC, LLC including load scheduling and inventory reconciliation.

Education and Experience

Commercial Processor

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Two (2) or more years of relevant support experience required.

Senior Commercial Processor

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Four (4) or more years of relevant support experience required.
