Job description

Job Title : Mobile Physical Therapist – $8,000 Retention Bonus & Flexible Schedule!

Company : Home Health Care, Inc.

Location : Twin Cities Metro area

Compensation : $100,000 - $200,000 annually + $8,000 Retention Bonus!

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate client function and mobility through in-home assessments
  • Design and implement patient-specific rehab strategies
  • Provide hands-on therapy, exercise instruction, and equipment recommendations
  • Collaborate with nurses, aides, and family caregivers

    • Requirements :

  • Current MN license as a Physical Therapist
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle for travel
  • Experience in home health preferred, but we welcome outpatient / inpatient backgrounds
  • Passion for client-centered rehabilitation
