Summary : Demonstrate superior customer service skills by helping with guest needs and to provide for the general safety and security of guest, employees and company assets.

Essential Functions :

• Provide protection for all employees and guests of the casino and its assets.
• Guard and provide physical transportation of all transfers of money and tokens on the casino floor including hopper fills, chip fills and credits.
• Patrol all areas of the property including the casino, hotel towers, pool areas, stairwells and all areas to which advised.
• Be alert for minors in the gaming areas and verify proof of age.
• Assist guest with room keys, escorts and any questions and inquiries.
• Respond to reports of guest and employee injuries or illness.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations.
• Direct and assist in evacuation during emergency situations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Qualifications / Requirements : High School graduate or equivalent preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age. Previous security, law enforcement, military and / or EMT experience preferred. CPR / AED certification preferred.
