Oak Grove has opportunities for CNAs to join our fun and friendly team! We are looking for a compassionate and experienced team members with a passion for senior care and who wants to make a difference and has the following qualities :

  • Passion for Seniors – Feels strongly about working with the senior population. Has a drive to go above and beyond for seniors.
  • Resident Focused – Dedicated to meeting and exceeding the needs of the resident by establishing and maintaining effective relationships as well as gaining trust and respect of others.

You'll advocate for your residents at every stage of care, making sure that we go above and beyond for them every single day.

Job Requirements / Qualifications :

  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA Class
  • Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant recognized by the state of Indiana upon hire OR within 120 days of hire
  • Must maintain certification as required

    • Schedule :

  • Days- Full-time and Part-time (20hrs a week)
  • Evening- Full-time and Part-time (32hrs a week) available
  • Nights- Full-time and Part-time (28hrs a week) available
  • $1.50 additional per hour for second shift.
  • $1.50 additional per hour for third shift.
  • Weekend shifts pay : $1.50 additional per hour
  • Weekends and Holidays : Must work a rotating schedule
