CNC Lathe or Milling Machinist

What You’ll Do : Set up and operate CNC Lathes or Mills to produce high-quality parts. Make program edits and adjustments as needed. Work from blueprints and written instructions to meet tight tolerances and specifications. Set up tooling, vices, and fixtures efficiently. Manage multiple jobs or setups in a dynamic environment. Ensure parts meet quality and visual standards — dimensional accuracy is key! Modify or write CNC programs when necessary. Collaborate with team members to solve production challenges. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. What We’re Looking For : 2+ years of CNC machining experience (Lathe or Mill). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in a fast-paced job-shop or custom machining environment. Solid understanding of machining best practices, tooling, and G-code. Comfortable with reading technical drawings, blueprints, and job travelers. Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities. Bonus Points If You Have : CNC programming experience (preferred but not required). Experience with deburring and finishing parts. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
