Head of Revenue Cycle

CommQuest Services, Inc. is seeking a Full-time Head of Revenue Cycle for the Finance department. In this role you will lead and manage the revenue cycle functions to ensure optimal financial performance and efficiency for the organization, which prioritizes mental and behavioral health and drug and alcohol addiction services. Oversee billing, collections, and reimbursement processes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and alignment with the organization's mission.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize the revenue cycle processes, including billing, collections, coding, and reimbursement.Lead and supervise revenue cycle staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and financial teams to streamline processes and enhance revenue cycle efficiency.Manage and resolve issues related to denied or delayed claims, working with payers and staff to ensure timely resolution.All other duties as assignedSchedule : Monday - Friday
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, required.Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Healthcare Administration (MHA), preferred.Minimum of 7 years' experience in revenue cycle management within a healthcare setting, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role, required.Certification in healthcare revenue cycle management (e.g., Certified Revenue Cycle Executive, CRCE), preferred.Previous experience with NextGen and / or other electronic health record systems is a plus!Full-Time Benefits :
