Job description

Our client, a leading organization in the aerospace industry, is seeking an Aerospace Mechanical Design Engineer Teamcenter to join their team. As an Aerospace Mechanical Design Engineer Teamcenter, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting innovative aerospace projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Aerospace Mechanical Design Engineer Teamcenter

Location : Tempe, AZ

Pay : $56 / hr plus OT / Benefits

What's the Job?

Design and develop 3D models and 2D drawings using Siemens NX and Teamcenter for aerospace applications.

Ensure designs adhere to ASME standards and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) practices.

Apply engineering principles to create complex components such as starters, pneumatic valves, actuators, motors, and solenoids.

Participate in supplier and customer meetings to support project development and resolve technical issues.

Support RMRA assessments and contribute to Cast-to-Hogout design activities, including familiarity with castings, forgings, and environmental testing requirements.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.

Minimum of 5 years of mechanical design experience in aerospace or related fields.

Proficiency in Siemens NX and Teamcenter software tools.

Strong understanding of GD&T and ASME standards.

Experience with castings, hogout designs, and aerospace components.
