The Products Analysts work focuses on designing information system products that align with user needs and the organizations information systems architecture. This includes collecting and analyzing user, business, and clinical requirements, preparing flow charts, models, and procedures, conducting feasibility studies, estimating costs, and creating project plans to guide IT resource allocation and prioritization.

Responsibilities
Understand product capabilities (future and current state) and determine design and change requirements.Assist with implementation of product solutions across specific clinical or business applications based on enterprise strategy.Manage the architecture for a scope of products, collaborating with business and clinical architects.Provide consulting support to architects to ensure projects align with overall enterprise architecture.Monitor the current?state solution portfolio to identify deficiencies and misalignments.Understand technology trends and apply emerging technologies to new business models.Advocate and apply information technology strategies.Analyze the business?IT environment to recommend system improvements.Understand product industry, competitors, and market trends; assess impact on solutions.Ensure solution decisions align with enterprise future?state architecture vision.Assist with product roadmap for enterprise application portfolio evolution.Participate in evaluating and selecting software product standards and services.Consult with development projects to fit systems to architecture and modify projects when necessary.Identify business and clinical impact and financial impact of solutions architecture.Document all solution design and analysis work.Collaborate with program / project managers to ensure delivery aligns with commitments.Maintain reliable attendance and comply with Orlando Health policies, ADA, FMLA, and federal, state, and local standards.Maintain compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.Other Related Functions
Provide Level 2 support on assigned products or product suite.Participate in on?call support rotation.Qualifications
Education & Training
Bachelors degree in computer science, system analysis, or related field.Associates degree plus 2 years of directly related work experience may substitute for the Bachelors degree.High School Diploma or equivalent plus 4 years of directly related work experience may also substitute for the Bachelors degree.Certifications
