What You'll Do : Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting to help to deter unauthorized entry. Perform security-related procedures in accordance with site-specific policies and protocols. Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and contractors with security-related inquiries and directions. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and identify security-related concerns. Maintain accurate and detailed activity logs and incident reports as required by Allied Universal and client policies. Collaborate with site personnel and management to communicate security-related information and address potential concerns in a logistics and distribution environment. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
