Role Overview

Seeking a highly skilled AI Chatbot Developer / AI Engineer to design, build, and enhance intelligent chatbot and generative AI solutions .

This role focuses on developing conversational AI using the Microsoft ecosystem , Google Contact Center AI (CCAI) , and AWS , while also supporting and modernizing SharePoint On-Prem applications to M365 . The goal is to deliver secure, compliant, and user-friendly AI solutions that improve customer experience and workforce efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI chatbots and GenAI solutions
• Build conversational agents using Microsoft Bot Framework and Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Develop and support chatbots using Google CCAI Services
• Implement Generative AI solutions using AWS (including AWS Bedrock)
• Design chatbot architecture, conversational flows, APIs, and integrations
• Apply prompt engineering , NLP tuning, and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) techniques
• Train, deploy, monitor, and optimize AI models
• Create dashboards and reports to track chatbot performance
• Ensure security, privacy, and compliance standards are met
• Build new M365 solutions to replace SharePoint 2016 On-Prem applications
• Integrate AI solutions with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Microsoft Graph , and enterprise systems
• Automate workflows using Power Automate
• Collaborate with business SMEs, UX, governance teams, and AI CoE
• Lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives for emerging AI technologies
• Create technical documentation and presentations (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint)
