Job Title : Desktop Support Representative Onsite Support

Location : Pasadena, CA

Duration : 1+ years (Possible Extension)

• Candidates should be able to diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS and Office product problem tickets, configure and install common applications, and install / remove PCs and HVDs.
• Must have good verbal and written skills, as well as the ability to interact positively with clients. Should have experience in a customer-facing, Windows-based, corporate technical support environment and a ticketing system. Extensive 7-year background check and drug test is required.
