Job descriptional Transformation : Lead the continued migration from legacy systems to modern, cloud-based, and SaaS environments that improve efficiency, scalability, and end-user satisfaction.AI & Automation : Iden tify and implement opportunities for intelligent automation and AI solutionsMS365 Environment : Embra ce our current Microsoft 365 environment to make use of the full productivity suite, including Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, etc…Data & Analytics : Overs ee enterprise data strategy, governance, and analytics to enhance insight-driven decision-making across clinical, operational, and financial domains.Cyber security & Compliance : Ensur e robust safeguards for data privacy, HIPAA compliance, and cybersecurity through strong policies, training, and technical controls.Colla boration & Service : Part ner with clinical, administrative, and program leaders to ensure technology supports and enhances both staff and client experience.Leade rship & Culture : Lead a 12-person IT department, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. Promote servant and transformational leadership principles across all levels of the team.Vendo r & Budget Oversight : Mana ge vendor relationships, negotiate technology contracts, and ensure effective stewardship of IT budgets and investments. Education : Master’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field required. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree and exceptional experience and professional experience may also be co ience : Min imum of 7–10 years of progressive IT leadership, including at least 5 years in a senior management role overseeing enterprise-level technology strategy. Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services is strongly preferred.Skill s : Prov e n success leading cloud migration and modernization efforts.Deep understanding of data integration, EHR systems, and analytics platforms.Exper tise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem, cybersecurity frameworks, and digital transformation.Excep tional interpersonal, communication, and change management abilities.Commi tment to ethical, inclusive, and servant leadership. Regional Care Group (RCG) is a leading network of for-purpose organizations dedicated to advancing (among other things) integrated healthcare, family support, early childhood education, and community well-being across Northwest Indiana. Through our affiliated entities (Regional Health Systems, Geminus, and Lake Park Residential Care) we deliver comprehensive services in mental health, substance abuse, primary care, family services, early childhood education, prevention, and residential support.

Position Overview
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a senior executive leader responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s technology vision. This role oversees all information technology strategy, systems, and innovation initiatives across the Regional Care Group network.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the CTO serves as both architect and catalyst, leading the continued transformation of RCG’s IT infrastructure from a traditional support model to a strategic enabler of innovation, integration, and user experience.
The ideal candidate will balance technical mastery with leadership excellence, ensuring RCG is a forward-looking, secure, and data-driven enterprise.
