Join Ryders Health Management, a family-owned long-term care provider with a rich 70-year history of delivering quality care across eight skilled nursing facilities in Connecticut and a homecare company. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor to be part of our dynamic team!\n\nSchedule : Every other weekend from 7 AM to 7 PM, with one weekday shift.\n\nJob Summary : \n\nThe RN Supervisor will play a vital role in overseeing the daily nursing operations within the facility. This includes organizing work assignments, ensuring adequate staffing levels, and fostering a positive work environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n

  • Manage the admission, transfer, and discharge processes for residents.\n
  • Ensure that nursing care is delivered effectively by licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants.\n
  • Monitor compliance of all RNs and LPNs with medication management procedures.\n
  • Provide leadership development training for Charge Nurses, focusing on essential administrative and supervisory skills.\n

  • A Nursing Degree from an accredited institution and graduation from a Connecticut-approved RN program.\n
  • Current certification as a Nurses Aide.\n
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.\n
  • Able to lift, push, pull, and move at least 40 pounds to a height of 3 feet.\n
