• This position is in-office 5 days a week.

What You’ll Do

Be the friendly, professional voice our customers rely on—answering and routing calls with care and efficiency.

Convert incoming calls into booked service appointments and coordinate with dispatch.

Listen to customer needs, identify solutions, and make every interaction easy and stress-free.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and invoices in ServiceTitan .

Work closely with your teammates to create a smooth, seamless customer journey.

What You Bring

3+ years of customer service experience (call center experience is a big plus).

Great communication skills—you know how to make people feel heard and cared for.

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Basic computer skills (ServiceTitan experience is a bonus!).

A positive attitude and desire to help others.
