The ABA Clinician position provides the opportunity to work as an In Home Behavior Therapist and Behavior Technician to achieve the perfect balance of unrestricted and restricted fieldwork hours, while making sure you have hands on experience with all the skills you’ll need to practice as a BCBA!
As an In Home Behavior Therapist (IHBS) , you will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs. IHBS Therapists support caregivers to better understand their children's needs by exploring patterns of behavior and improving communication.
As a Behavior Technician , you will be responsible for the implementation of clients’ behavior support plans to decrease problematic behavior and provision of ABA-based instruction to promote development of new skills, at the direction of their supervising BCBA. The Behavior Technician will monitor client behavior, collect data on client behavior, and report the data back to supervising BCBA. The Behavior Technician will work collaboratively with the supervising BCBA and client’s family to support meaningful changes in client behavior.
