Job descriptionAssociates or Bachelors degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related fields. Must be ASCP certified as a Medical Technologist or Technician. Minimum of 1 year experience working withChemistry and Immunoassay Analyzers Previous clinical laboratory experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work onsite in Wayne, NJ. Flexible schedule Health insurance Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Wayne, NJ 07470
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and maintaining Chemistry and Immunoassay Lab Equipment Analyzers, ensuring high standards of diagnostic accuracy and efficiency.
Location : 87 Berdan Ave, Wayne, NJ
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests using chemistry and immunoassay analyzers.
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot analyzers to ensure accurate test results.
- Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards, including CAP, CLIA, and OSHA.
- Document quality control and instrument maintenance procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support patient diagnosis and care.
- Participate in proficiency testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
