Physical Therapist

Salary :   $84,000 - $111,000 / Year (commensurate with experience)

Sign-on bonuses available

Job Location : 1880 U.S. 6, Carmel, NY (Putnam County; outpatient clinic)

Job Type : Full-time ( Mon / Wed / Fri 7am-3pm and Tue / Thurs 12pm-8pm ; 40 hours per week. Open to further discussing schedule during interview.)
