Responsible for customer relations and service sales. The job encompasses the proper satisfaction of customer and vehicle related problems, meeting predetermined service sales objectives and the thorough and accurate performance of designated administrative activities.

Some of the day to day tasks :

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Happiness scores(CSI) at or above company standards.
• Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.
• Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations.

The ideal candidate will :

1 year of Automotive Service Advisor Experience required.

Have Kia or Hyundai experience preferred but not required.

Have knowledge of Dealertrack DMS and XTIME.

Have reliable transportation

Be team oriented and work with the team to accomplish department goals

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
