Job Description

As a Security Professional - Mall Patrol Full-Time in Catonsville, MD , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will actively monitor and patrol retail locations, supporting a secure environment for visitors and staff. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. Engaging with people and maintaining strong communication skills are essential, as you represent the caring and reliable values of Allied Universal. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
