The Director of the Patient Access Contact Center at Seattle Childrens provides strategic and operational leadership for the organizations centralized ambulatory contact center operations. Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Access Operations, this role focuses on developing a modern contact center platform using a suite of tools to enable an outstanding patient scheduling experience. The Director will also be responsible for leading and developing a high?performing team dedicated to efficient and accurate patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and customer service for all points of entry into the health care system.
