Loan Processing Assistant

A company is looking for a Loan Processing Assistant to support the Loan Processor in ensuring accurate and compliant processing of loan files.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Loan Processor in obtaining and reviewing loan documentation and submitting complete loan packages to Underwriting

Manage the pipeline of loans and ensure timely and compliant processing

Communicate with various stakeholders including loan officers, buyers, and title companies to provide excellent customer service

Required Qualifications and Experience

3 years of experience in the mortgage or financial field preferred

Familiarity with BYTE software preferred

Completion of required processing training modules with the ability to meet key metrics

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
