Salary : $45,000 - $55,000 per year + full benefits including 401(k)

About Titan Factory Direct : Titan Factory Direct is a leading provider of manufactured and modular homes. Our sales centers offer a seamless home-buying experience where customers can browse models, customize features, and receive expert guidance from start to finish.

Position Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM Specialist  to manage, maintain, and enhance our CRM platform. This role is critical in ensuring data integrity, supporting user needs, and driving system improvements to better serve our sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance of the CRM system (Zoho)
  • Manage user accounts, including adding and removing users
  • Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and clean-up
  • Develop and implement automation workflows and sales process enhancements
  • Schedule and generate custom reports for leadership
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support lead tracking, follow-ups, and automation strategies
  • Assist with the development and rollout of new CRM features
  • All duties as assigned by management

    • Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field
  • Proven experience with CRM platforms (Zoho preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Familiarity with automation tools, reporting dashboards, and CRM best practices
