Oral Surgeon in Indianapolis, IN

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary: $400,000 W2 (negotiable based on experience)
  • Bonus Structure: 35% of collections after a one-time $1.5M production threshold (hybrid W2/1099 model)
  • Earning Potential: $1M+ in the first year
  • Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
  • Relocation Assistance: Up to $25,000
  • Annual Dues/CE Reimbursement: $5,000
  • Buy-In Opportunity: Stock options up to $500,000 and profit-sharing model
  • Malpractice Insurance: Employer-paid
  • Benefits Package: Comprehensive health insurance, paid short- and long-term disability
  • Retirement Plan: 401(k) with 4% company match
  • Paid Time Off: 4 weeks
  • Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday and Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Join our well-established oral surgery practice in Indianapolis, IN, dedicated exclusively to providing exceptional oral and maxillofacial surgical care. With a strong reputation in the community, our practice focuses on delivering high-quality patient care through state-of-the-art technology and a team of skilled professionals. We have a robust internal marketing strategy to support and manage external referrals, ensuring a steady flow of patients from our referring partners.

Our practice is currently undergoing a comprehensive equipment upgrade, preparing to launch an in-house CE program, and is fully staffed with an experienced clinical and administrative team. Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Oral Surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for oral surgery and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care. This opportunity allows you to practice full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery in a modern facility with a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial procedures, including extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, and corrective jaw surgery
  • Collaborate with referring providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Provide patient consultations with clarity and compassion
  • Maintain compliant, accurate documentation and patient records
  • Participate in internal marketing initiatives and CE events to support referral relationships
  • Stay current on clinical techniques through ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
  • DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency
  • Board certification or eligibility preferred
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
  • Team-oriented, collaborative approach to practice
