As the Vice President of Solutions Engineering, you will lead a high-performing team of Sales Engineers and Architects across the region, helping organizations unlock the power of Salesforce and build a data-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Directors, Solution Engineers and Architects to foster technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the sales strategy, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Account Executives, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and customer needs.
• Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from presales activities such as discovery and requirements analysis to solution design and presentation.
• Leverage expertise in modern cloud data platforms and data analytics tools to craft tailored and innovative solutions for clients.
• Drive collaboration with Product Marketing to shape messaging, sales plays, and go-to-market strategies based on customer insights and market trends.
• Capture and leverage customer feedback to influence product roadmap decisions and optimize revenue generation.
• Represent Salesforce at key industry events and conferences to enhance thought leadership and market visibility.

For New York-based roles, base salary range is $278,320 to $372,330; for Washington, California, Illinois, and Massachusetts roles, the same range applies.
