We're committed to accuracy, compliance, and service, and we're looking for a Licensing & Title Specialist to bring that same dedication to our administrative operations.
This role is all about the details. From processing titles and registrations to keeping compliance records up to date, you'll be the person who ensures our vehicles are legally ready to go at all times. You'll also be a key part of our office team, handling data, documentation, and follow-ups that support both our clients and our operations. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Process and manage vehicle titles, registrations, license plates, and renewals across multiple states.
- Maintain compliance records for insurance, inspections, and state / federal regulations.
- Track renewal deadlines and ensure all documentation is filed accurately and on time.
- Enter and update vehicle data in company systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Communicate with DMVs, state agencies, clients, and vendors to resolve issues or missing documentation.
- Monitor fleet compliance requirements and flag upcoming expirations to management.
- Prepare and distribute forms, letters, and reports related to vehicle licensing and compliance.
- Follow up on outstanding requests from vendors, contractors, or state offices.
- Support the fleet and operations team with administrative tasks related to acquisitions, disposals, and transfers.
- Assist with generating reports on fleet licensing status and compliance for leadership review.
What You'll Bring to the Team
At least 5 years of administrative or office operations experience; background in fleet management, transportation, logistics, or automotive services is helpful.A track record of meeting deadlines while juggling multiple priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail, with accuracy in data entry and documentation.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Corporate Resources has been hired by our client to recruit for this open position and any / all other positions as requested and posted.
