Drywall Estimator – Commercial Construction

Location : Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex

We’re actively seeking a Drywall Estimator to join a growing team involved in high-profile commercial projects throughout the Dallas area. About the Role

As a Drywall Estimator, you will play a key role in evaluating plans, preparing bids, and collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver accurate, competitive estimates. Projects include hospitals, data centers, schools, and interior finish-outs — all within the commercial space.

You’ll work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment where attitude and culture fit are just as important as technical skill. The right candidate will be professional, accountable, and excited to be part of a collaborative team committed to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for drywall scopes of work on commercial construction projects

Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation

Participate in bid reviews and coordinate with project managers and field teams

Support ongoing project pricing and value engineering efforts

Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers

Ideal Candidate

Industry Experience : Commercial construction only – no residential

Experience Level : 4–6 years of relevant experience preferred, but all levels will be considered

Technical Skills : Familiarity with The EDGE estimating software is a plus (but not required)

Mindset : Professional, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Cultural Fit : Integrity, loyalty, and a solutions-oriented approach are highly valued
