Position Summary
The Account Manager is the operational leader of Red Rock Construction, overseeing all investor relationships and internal operations to ensure projects are executed with excellence, transparency, and accountability.
This role combines construction knowledge, financial management, and leadership—driving results through clear communication and consistent execution. You will lead the team that turns investor visions into completed projects, on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Red Rock’s execution of company goals, Rocks, and Scorecard performance.Run daily Huddles and weekly L10 meetings for alignment and accountability.Set priorities, communicate expectations, and maintain a culture of professionalism and ownership.Financial & Operational Oversight
Manage project budgets, scopes, and schedules from start to finish.Oversee financial rhythm, invoices, and QuickBooks reporting with support from Vida Hermosa.Implement and maintain systems for efficiency, forecasting, and profitability.Investor & Client Relations
Serve as the primary point of contact for all investor accounts.Ensure consistent, professional communication on project status and deliverables.Review and approve investor-facing reports, estimates, and financial summaries.Build and maintain long-term investor confidence in Red Rock’s process and performance.Team Management
Oversee and collaborate with : General Contractor, Field Operations Manager, Vendor Communication Coordinator, and Office ManagerEnsure seamless coordination across field operations, vendor management, and administration.Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in residential construction or renovation management.Strong understanding of project scopes, budgeting, and trade coordination.Proven ability to manage client accounts and lead cross-functional teams.Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.Experience with EOS® + skilled in construction and financial management software (JobTread, QuickBooks, or similar) is a plus.What Success Looks Like

Base salary : $60,000Profit sharing and performance-based incentivesCompany Gas Card : All work-related fuel expenses coveredCell Phone Credit : $50 / MonthPaid Gym Membership Reimbursement – Up to $360 / yearPaid Holidays : 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.Paid Time Off / Paid Sick Days – 2 weeks per yearCompany office, laptop, and tools.Other Benefits : Employee is eligible for Company-sponsored benefits as they become available.Currently not health, dental or 401k offered.
