Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic activities to improve patients' functional independence
  • Support patients in developing daily living and work-related skills
  • Document patient progress and report to supervising Occupational Therapist
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy staff for optimal outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and progress

    • Requirements

  • Active Kansas OTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program
  • Strong communication and patient-care skills
  • Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
