Job Location : CHARLOTTE

Salary : 115K Base + 2K Variable pay (Only applies for 10+ years of experience).

Key responsibilities :

Monitoring systems, responding to incidents, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with development teams to implement solutions.

Manage and automate jobs using Autosys

Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts to support application functionality

Apply ITIL principles to incident, change, and problem management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement changes

Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing and facilitating discussions as needed

Analyze and resolve complex problems, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Required skills :

Strong technical skills in .NET application support, Autosys, and SQL

ITIL knowledge and experience in incident, change, and problem management

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and facilitate discussions

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders

Desired Skills :

Experience with Dynatrace and Splunk monitoring tools - Monitoring applications, infrastructure, services, and data flow, including system health, performance, and security.

Ability to leverage these tools to optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
