KPMG is seeking a Manager, ServiceNow to join our Consulting organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage ServiceNow client implementations, leading multiple workstreams from planning, requirements design, development, testing, implementation, to post-engagement support.
- Lead client workshops to present ITSM, ITOM, or IRM leading practices, translating complex needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Engage with decision-makers to outline project roadmaps and ensure delivery aligns with organizational strategies and objectives.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members and clients on ServiceNow operations, upgrades, and development.
- Lead on-shore and off-shore teams to complete agile-based deliverables as assigned by engagement leadership.
- Support business development activities, including identification, proposal development, and cross-service-line collaboration.
- Manage engagements according to KPMG financial / cost management policies.
Qualifications
Minimum five years of experience managing and maintaining large, enterprise systems in complex, matrixed organizations, including at least three years directly managing the ServiceNow platform with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, and IRM.Bachelor's degree from an accredited college / university or a minimum five years of equivalent work experience.Completion of at least two full ServiceNow implementations with current certifications in ServiceNow System Administration (CSA) and at least one of the following : CIS - IT Service Management, CIS – Discovery, CIS - Event Management, CIS - Service Mapping, CIS - Risk and Compliance, CIS - Third-party Risk Management, or CIS - Vulnerability Response (preferred).Experience leading teams in the delivery of agile-based projects or portions of projects to meet defined requirements.Ability to travel as needed.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
