ABM Onsite Service Janitorial Project Manager

An ABM Onsite Service Janitorial Project Manager for the Sports & Entertainment Vertical Market is responsible for the operational and financial success of his / her project. This person leads a diverse team, engages in regular client interaction, ensures quality services are provided at the site in alignment with contractual agreements and budgetary requirements, achieves operational and financial goals, plans and directs activities to promote project profitability, meets financial objectives by controlling expenses, retaining current customer(s), and expanding billable services.

Pay : $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 / yr

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on the applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

401(k) You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and / or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.

• Business savvy and financial accountability, including understanding of profit / loss statements.
• Preferred Knowledge / Experience :
• Understanding of the service industry practices, process and trends.
• Prior management or supervisor experience in the sports and / or entertainment fields.
• Solid accounting and business acumen
• 75% Travel Must have Valid State issued Driver's License
