Job descriptionYou’ll use your bachelor’s degree in HR, or 5-7 years equivalent job experience, to administer both employee and executive compensation programs in Workday, including base salary and incentive compensation programs, assist with the execution of our Total Rewards strategy, conduct research on current and future policies, practices, trends and technology affecting compensation and manage our rewards and recognition program. Experience with benefit plans, and other total rewards, is a plus as you would be joining a versatile and collaborative Human Capital team that strives to meet and exceed our organization’s needs both now and in the future.
