Junior Account Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our account management efforts by working closely with clients and internal stakeholders. Your primary focus will be to assist in the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring that all needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and nurturing client accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support senior account representatives in creating and implementing account strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions and account information using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of account deliverables.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
