We are seeking a Product Specialist for County Materialsat Marathon City, WI.
The Product Specialist serves as a dedicated support role and advocate for product division(s) within our organization. Working under the direction of the Product Strategy Manager, this role assists cross-functional teams by providing valuable insights and analysis to ensure effective marketing and positioning of our products. The Product Specialist focuses on supporting the implementation of strategic goals and facilitating collaborative product initiatives.
Job Duties :
- Consistently communicates and collaborates to support product initiative improvements
- Supports seamless product launches / initiatives and ensures all stakeholders are well-equipped with product knowledge and resources
- Tracks and reports on defined KPIs, supporting data-informed decisions that benefit the Product Strategy department
Product Advocacy
Develop deep knowledge of the assigned product line(s) including features, benefits, competitive advantages and target marketsServe as the internal and external product advocate, educating teams and stakeholders about product offeringsStrategic Support
Collaborate with the Product Strategy Manager to execute division-specific strategies and ensure they are aligned with organizational goalsCommunicate about product enhancements or optimizations based on market feedback, customer needs, and industry trendsObtain costs and quotes that support the Product Strategy DepartmentGo-to-Market Execution
Support the planning and execution of product launches, marketing initiatives and sales enablement effortsEnter MRF's (Marketing Request Forms) for product deliverables including creative strategy, milestones and timelines, specific deliverables, defined assets and the completed creative brief to ensure proper implementationProvide insights to support the development of AST's (Annual Strategic Timelines). Maintain timelines and milestones to ensure completion of product initiatives.Coordinate the collection and delivery of assets prior to or while in the Intake workflow (prior to marketing production)Customer and Market Insights
Gather customer feedback and prepare reports for product divisions to inform future strategiesAct as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address product-related questions, concerns and needsCross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing, sales, R&D and operations teams to support the Marketing product plans and initiativesSupport training to sales teams to improve product understanding and equip them for effective customer engagementsWork Environment :

1-2 years of work experience in marketing, product sales or similar role; manufacturing environment preferredA bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, public relations, business, engineering or a related field is preferredPossesses a creative, collaborative mindset with excellent communication skillsKnowledge of manufacturing operations, product development and sales, marketing strategies and effective deployment of product marketing resources is preferredDemonstrates project management techniques and processes and ability to leverage available project management technologies to meet timelines and milestonesAttention to detail and attentive customer serviceProactive, multi-tasked, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
