A client in the agriculture industry is looking to add a new AR / Billing Analyst to their team and the client is open to bringing on the candidate on a contractual basis to train before making the candidate permanent. Medical Benefits and sick pay available during the temporary phase through Hoxton Circle. .

Responsibilities Include :

• Researching, resolving, analyzing, and trending chargeback discrepancies to result in appropriate credits issued within wholesaler / distributor contractual terms.
• Interact with clients resolving outstanding invoice issues, requiring account analysis to resolve inquiry.
• Place collection calls and follow-up calls for allocation of payments with clients.
• Developing, building, and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with wholesaler / distributor partners
• Reconciliation of wholesaler chargeback deductions
• Assisting Manager in capturing and analyzing chargeback accrual and reserve month end financials
• Reviewing credits for completeness and accuracy
• Tracking, calculating, and processing chargeback credits to key partners
