Job description

Overview

Founding Growth & Content role at CreativeMode (YC S24). As the founding member of our Growth team, you will work directly with the CEO to create CreativeMode’s growth engine.

Base pay

$90,000.00 / yr - $120,000.00 / yr

This range is provided by CreativeMode (YC S24). Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Swiss-army knife to ideate, experiment, and execute on growth channels.
  • Combine intuition and metrics to identify highest leverage and exploitable channels.
  • Focus on Social Media, Influencer Partnerships, and Community / PLG to drive growth.
  • Liaise with the community and help create engaging content; potentially lead a content team.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to build and scale CreativeMode’s growth engine to reach millions of users.

Requirements And Skills

  • Full-Stack Growth Expertise — design, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid ads, SEO, partnerships, content marketing, social media, community engagement, and product-led growth.
  • Experimentation Mindset — define hypotheses, run experiments, iterate based on data.
  • Bias for Action — ownership, fast execution with quality.
  • Startup Mindset — willingness to work on hard, unsolved problems; ability to work in a fast-paced early-stage environment.
  • In-person in SF — located in or able to be in our Chinatown office in San Francisco.
