Go-to-Market Launch Readiness Team Manager, Programs and Execution, Google Cloud
As a Go-to-Market (GTM) Launch Readiness Manager for Google Cloud, you will be responsible for leading a team that manages the downstream NPI launch process ensuring alignment to GTM needs. Your primary goal is to ensure high-quality product launches that align seamlessly with GTM strategy, minimizing risks for our field teams adoption. You will serve as a key coordinator, collaborating closely with essential partners involved in the NPI life-cycle, including Product Managers, Business Process Review (BPR) teams, and Global Customer Base Protection (GCBP) teams. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to practice directors, providing critical insights and guidance regarding product launches and all associated information. Also, a core part of your responsibility will be to lead and drive continuous process improvement initiatives within the NPI Transformation project, constantly enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our launch procedures.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $204,000-$287,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
