Human Resources Payroll Assistant

Job Responsibilities :

• Verify and enter payroll hours into the payroll system
• Process, enter, complete, and distribute all weekly and monthly union reports
• Respond to all union reporting requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary data and documentation for billing purposes.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
• Other duties as required to meet business needs

Job Requirements

Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with financial reporting preferred.
