Security Credential Support Specialist

Securitas is seeking a Security Credential Support Specialist to join our team at our Freehold, NJ facility. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple credentialing systems and maintain high standards of data accuracy and security. This position is responsible for the management, printing, programming, and distribution of building photo IDs and access cards for employees, vendors, and contractors across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Operate within an on-site office environment at the Freehold, NJ facility.
• Process and fulfill security credential requests using multiple database systems including : Security Credential Center Request Database (web portal), Smartsheet, and GNI-PDC web portal.
• Retrieve, review, and manage cardholder photos and data for ID issuance.
• Utilize the Badge Management System to : search and create records, upload, crop, and format photos, issue photo ID and building access cards.
• Ensure all credentials are produced with a high level of quality control and accuracy.
• Follow provided guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, practices, and security protocols.
• Work within the CCure access control system to manage access permissions as needed.

Qualifications

Pay rate : $19.00 an hour.
