Position Overview
Were looking for an energetic bilingual people-oriented Office Assistant to join their team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine interest in health and wellness. This is a Part-Time role with varying hours.
What Youll Do
Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming professional atmosphere.
Schedule and confirm appointments; manage patient flow throughout the day.
Handle phone calls emails and other front-desk communications.
Assist patients with check-in / check-out and payment processing.
Maintain organized and accurate patient records.
Support basic office tasks such as filing data entry and inventory management.
Help keep treatment rooms and the front office neat and presentable.
