• Description : Summary : . Seeking a certified Nurse Practitioner who is proficient with first assisting in CABG AVR MVR and thoracotomy / lung resection cases. Job duties include OR duties as well as telemetry and ICU duties. Call duties include 1-2 call days a week one weekend a month beginning 7 am Friday - 7 am Monday. Weekend duties include inpatient rounds procedures and surgery duties. Rates for Submission : Malpractice Must be included in rates.Orientation 135 - half the hourly / callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours Hourly 270 - Per hour not OT Holiday 405 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. Per holiday hour no OT Schedule / Availability Requirements : Schedule : 1-2 call days per week one weekend a month call is 7 am - 7 pm. Start Date : as soon as credentialed Facility Location : saint joseph hospital.
